Android works great — just use Chrome or Edge (not an in-app browser from a chat or social app).
Open the join page in Chrome
Scan the QR with your camera, or open the gym's join link directly in Chrome or Edge.
Allow Bluetooth & nearby devices
When prompted, let the browser use Bluetooth. Android also needs Location turned on for Bluetooth scanning — enable it if devices don't appear.
Tap “Connect” and pick your sensor
Choose your strap/band (Polar, Wahoo, Garmin, CooSpo…) from the Bluetooth list.
Turn on “Broadcast heart rate” on the watch
Many Wear OS watches have it in the heart-rate tile or settings. On Galaxy Watch, enable broadcasting from the watch's heart-rate/workout settings (or Samsung Health Monitor). This makes the watch act like a standard Bluetooth sensor.
Tap “Connect” and choose your watch
Your watch appears in the list like any other heart-rate sensor. Stats start streaming to the dashboard.
Only needed if your watch has no built-in “broadcast heart rate”. These make a Wear OS watch act as a standard Bluetooth sensor.
